Is bike fitting something for you? The short answer is YES! Whether you are an avid cyclist or a beginner, you too can benefit from bike fitting. Bike Power ensures that you will soon be able to enjoy your bike ride optimally and pain-free, which will only improve your performance. We follow Steve Hogg's method. Using muscle and nerve tests and a 3D Bike & Power Analysis (bike analysis), we analyse all the factors that are important for determining your cycling position.
Cycling Shoes
At Bike Power, we carefully measure your feet and study their weaknesses and needs. Our shoe analysis allows us to recommend the ideal shoe for you. We have cycling shoes in stock in sizes 36 to 50, full and half sizes, and in three widths. We prefer to work with leather cycling shoes or shoes made from a material that moulds to your feet, as opposed to synthetic shoes. We opt for cycling shoes with a carbon sole. A carbon sole is very stiff, which is extremely important for optimal power transfer. All Lake Cycling models are available: CX, MX, TX and winter shoes.

Tijdens iedere stap van de bikefit bij Tim (Bike Power) voelde ik de stabiliteit toenemen met als eindresultaat een definitieve stabiele houding. Bij Tim krijg je een bikefit die niet op hoeken of de uitkomst van een computer programma gebaseerd is, maar een fit op jou lichaam. Sommigen zullen de prijs misschien aan de hoge kant vinden maar geloof me, beter 1 maal dit geld uitgeven en een kwalitatieve bikefit krijgen dan meerdere goedkope bikefits moeten laten uitvoeren omdat je houding toch nog niet goed aanvoelt of dat je dit geld moet uitgeven aan een kinesist om blessures op te lossen die je opgelopen hebt door een slechte houding op de fiets. Laat de kosten je dus niet tegenhouden, kwaliteit kost nu eenmaal soms wat meer...
Niet goedkoop maar deskundige, vriendelijke en geduldige aanpak! Bonuspunten voor het feit dat niet alleen mijn racefiets maar ook trekkingfiets onder handen genomen kon worden.
